About the role:

The Regenerative B2B account consultant will champion and lead all sales across your local area. Establishes positive customer relations with the potential to grow the business. Ensures quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery that meets the customer’s needs. The right person will work closely with our CSO Steven Kristensen to ensure alignment of the projects while identifying necessary resources to deliver the right solutions. He/she will manage such sales from start to finish, using internal resources for larger clients. This will be a hands-on role, conducting lead generation, managing the sales process from end to end, and supporting mostly local customers and some international customers where needed.

The position is fully remote, and commission based; we expect you to be able to proactively build your own customer portfolio, with support from PAM sales and marketing.

➡ Main responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for multiple partnerships and clients, through:

• Lead generation and prospecting across your local market;

• Proposals and projects’ customization according to the client's needs and objectives;

• Support in contractual negotiations and development of long-term relationships with business customers;

• Manage sales activities through Planet-A-mor`s CRM

•      Reach quarterly and annual financial targets.

•      Participate in the development of the annual business plan and strategies to ensure the attainment of company goals and profitability.

•      Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

Experience in one at least of the following areas is required:

•      Corporate Fundraising or B2B sales in the Environmental Sustainability field with national and international B2B customers.

•      Sales of digital communication services and/or stakeholder engagement activities (such as digital products, communication and marketing activities, events, sponsorships, and business consultancy).

•      Consultancy in the field of CSR and/or social/green marketing and communication.

•      Lead generation and CRM management.
