A travel adventure to Peru
An 11 days adventure you will never forget.
During two days we move deeper into the Amazon jungle, sailing on the river, and eating with the Ashaninka people. We spot the rainforest's beautiful birds and wild animals. In the area, there are also exotic springs that tempt you with a swim in the warm water. We spend the night in the middle of the jungle and get close to the activities of planting trees, picking bananas, making banana flour and extracting natural medicines.

4 reasons to plant a tree
Our trees
Our trees are planted in our own lands in Amazonas in Peru. We are an agroforestry permaculture project that supports symbiotic interaction among different species, creating biodiversity and sustainable use of ressources.
Social benefits
The local people in our land area, the Ashaninkas, are highly involved in our project. They are trained to plant and take care of the trees as they grow. They get the chance to establish a living and contribute to the local society.
Environmental
benefits
All trees and plants are good for the environment: they absorb CO2, emit oxygen, promote biodiversity, counteract soil erosion, and create a home for the animals and insects in the Peruvian part of the Amazon rainforest.
Making the
difference
Our philosophy is to create sustainable ecosystems that allow local farmers to be a part of the Planet-A-mor project. When they participate in planting trees they are ensuring food sovereignty and income opportunities for their community and households.
